xHP Flash Tuning

xHP Transmission tunes are developed individually per vehicle at RBT Tuning GmbH – Home of xHP Flashtool & xDelete.  xHP run a huge fleet of BMW vehicles to develop and constantly improve their tuning setups. Every setup is developed on the road under real world driving conditions.  City, Autobahn, Country Roads, Mountains and Race Tracks... it's all nearby to xHP and crucial for testing. xHP Tuning's goal is always to make a car more fun to drive, in every situation. As every vehicle offers a different base to tune and a different overall characteristic, the features and changes of their setups vary from car to car.

DIY UPGRADE PACK (Optional)

The MODE x xHP Flash License DIY Upgrade Pack will allow the user to remove, adjust, edit or switch maps themselves after a MODE Pro Installation has been completed. The DIY pack includes the following.

  • ATTENTION: This License will only work for vehicles which have been previously flashed by an official xHP-Pro Dealer! 
  • Enables unlimited flashing for a single Vehicle (VIN - Lock) with ZF6HP/ZF8HP Automatic or 7-Speed DCT Transmission. (335i, Z4 35i & F8x - Series) 
  • Includes all Customization Options for your BMW: Shiftpoint Editor, customize Launch Control, Torque Limiters, Throttle Blips and much more
  • Includes the Map-Pack with Stage 1, Stage 2 and Stage 3 maps
  • Enables to flash custom maps

The Flash-License enables unlimited flashing for a single vehicle in our xHP Flashtool Smartphone/Tablet App available for Android and iOS!

You can instantly flash the included OTS Tunes to your transmission or start to tweak your stock map with our built in custom functions. Through an easy to use interface you can alter Shift Points, Throttle Blips, Torque Limiters, Launch Control function, Gear Display and much more. All of those functions even work on our OTS Tunes, so you can further tailor everything to your liking!

STAGE 1

The Stage 1 files focus on economy and comfort, by upshifting early in D-Mode and locking up the torque converter sooner, compared to the factory calibrations. MPG gain to be expected (depending on vehicle and driving environment) between 5% and 15%.

Stage 1 files are made to enhance mileage and comfort. Shift points are adapted to make optimal use of your engine's torque and keep revs low and steady all the time. Gearbox Torque Limiters are removed to open the way for proper operation when paired with tuned engines.

STAGE 2

Stage 2 files focus on the sporty aspects, without compromising comfort. Shift points and Clutch-Pressures are adapted to speed up shifting and reduce reaction times.

The Stage 2 files are for people wanting faster shifts and more responsive driving experience, but not want to sacrifice any comfort.

  • Gear Display in Dash in all modes (where available)
  • Optimized D & S shift points for better acceleration in part and full throttle situations
  • Approx. 25% faster shifts overall
  • Faster paddle response time
  • Optimised Torque Converter Lockup in 1st/2nd/3rd gear
  • Torque Limits increased

STAGE 3

Stage 3 Maps are made for everyone having fun driving fast and going to race-tracks. While the standard D-Mode mostly retains factory smoothness the Sport and Manual modes are optimized for the fastest shifts possible. Eventually features like Launch Control and “True Manual Mode” are added.
The Stage 3 files are our most sporty calibrations, changing the driving experience totally. While all Stage 3 files retain full comfort and can be used in every daily car, the behaviour changes when switching to S or M. Massively reduced shift times and throttle blips in manual mode show what your auto transmission is capable of. On top of  Stage 2 features include;

  • Torque limits raised to maximum
  • Approx. 25% faster shifts in D mode
  • Approx. 50% faster shifts in S and M mode
  • rev-matched downshifting (Throttle-Blip)
  • True Manual Mode (no forced upshift at RPM limiter)
  • Instant paddle response time
  • Raised line pressure for better holding power!

Terms and Conditions

  1. Your points and rewards have no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash.

  2. Under the points programme, one point will be rewarded for every $1 AUD spent on eligible purchases of products on our website. The current redemption value of the reward points is 1 point = 1 cent.

  3. All Reward Points will expire 1 year from the date they were awarded to your account, following which such unused and expired reward points will be automatically deducted from the balance of your reward points at the relevant time and you will no longer be able to access or use them.

  4. If, after you have earned reward points on a product, you later require a refund, the reward points you earned in respect of the refunded product will be deducted from your account when the products have been received by us and your payment has been refunded.

  5. Reward points are for your personal use only and cannot be transferred, brought, sold or in any way traded.

  6. You can check your points and rewards on your online account. In case of any inconsistency between the membership points reflected in your account and our internal records, the latter shall prevail.

  7. To spend reward points on our website, you must log in to your customer account before selecting the products you wish to purchase. When you enter your payment details, select how many reward points you wish to redeem from the options available.

  8. If you have applied points towards an order, and you wish to partially cancel items off the order, the reward points will be partially refunded as well for your future orders.
