The ST6 CMR ZERO & LITE Range is not simply a redesign, but a true evolution of the acclaimed ST6 family range helmet. It is a complete reimagining of the karting helmet, engineered from the inside out. Developed with advanced materials, in-house technologies, and feedback from elite motorsport categories, this new family of helmets sets a completely new benchmark for karting.

ST6 CMR LITE – Carbon-Pmatrix is a special weave developed specifically by Stilo for the launch of the new ST6 CMR Lite. It features the same Puro Carbon technology found in all Stilo carbon helmets, offering the same weight as the previous carbon model while delivering a major step forward in design and performance. - Wider Field of Vision – Offering a significantly improved downward field of vision compared to previous model ST5, enhancing driver awareness and safety, crucial for karting and circuit racing.
- Formula 1-Inspired Ventilation – An advanced airflow system, derived from F1 feedback, ensures maximum cooling and moisture reduction during intense racing conditions. Top ventilation holes are strategically engineered to keep drivers cool and focused.
- Rigorous Safety Standards – The visors are constructed from 3mm thick injection-molded material, certified to the stringent FIA 8860-2018 standard, and are double-glazed, antifog, and washable. The innovative visor locking system, designed for maximum security in both closed and ventilation positions, adheres to the latest FIA 8860-2018 and 8859-2024 standards.
- Advanced Materials – The ST6 CMR ZERO, constructed from full carbon, and the ST6 CMR Lite, made from Carbon- Pmatrix materials, achieve new benchmarks in lightness and structural integrity. The ST6 CMR both in ZERO and Lite version represents a significant weight reduction thanks to Stilo’s proprietary compound and advanced material technologies.
- New Shell Design – The introduction of two brand-new shells, XS and S, specifically designed for the ST6 CMR, reduces overall helmet dimensions by approximately 10%. The S shell, even smaller than the previous ST5 Small shell, hosts sizes 57-59, offering an optimized fit for a wider range of head sizes. The XS shell accommodates smaller sizes (53-56): the range now includes size 53 for the first time.
- Improved Interior – A new crown area construction enhances comfort and fit, while improved cheek padding (in the XS small shell) provides a more secure and comfortable experience, especially during high-speed cornering.
- Streamlined Visor Mechanism – The same advanced sliding mechanism introduced on the ST6 ensures smoother visor movements.under 1100g.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Your points and rewards have no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash.

  2. Under the points programme, one point will be rewarded for every $1 AUD spent on eligible purchases of products on our website. The current redemption value of the reward points is 1 point = 1 cent.

  3. All Reward Points will expire 1 year from the date they were awarded to your account, following which such unused and expired reward points will be automatically deducted from the balance of your reward points at the relevant time and you will no longer be able to access or use them.

  4. If, after you have earned reward points on a product, you later require a refund, the reward points you earned in respect of the refunded product will be deducted from your account when the products have been received by us and your payment has been refunded.

  5. Reward points are for your personal use only and cannot be transferred, brought, sold or in any way traded.

  6. You can check your points and rewards on your online account. In case of any inconsistency between the membership points reflected in your account and our internal records, the latter shall prevail.

  7. To spend reward points on our website, you must log in to your customer account before selecting the products you wish to purchase. When you enter your payment details, select how many reward points you wish to redeem from the options available.

  8. If you have applied points towards an order, and you wish to partially cancel items off the order, the reward points will be partially refunded as well for your future orders.
