The Remus Exhaust System for the Honda Civic Type R FL5 consists of:

- 257123 5500 Race exhaust centered (without tail pipes), with integrated valve incl. connection Tube
- 257123 1200 Non-resonated RACING downpipe-back front-section (Ø 76mm)
- Selectable Tailpipe Set (ranging from stainless steel up to carbon and titanium materials)
- For titanium tailpipes the OPT tail pipe adaptor ADOPT1S-3 is needed and supplied with the tail pipe when ordered

ATTENTION:
Installation/fitting at the original mounting points. The activation of the exhaust valve is carried out using the original actuator via the vehicles existing onboard electronics.  This means no loss of functionality retaining all your dash controls, no need for a fiddly bluetooth remote.  

No vehicle modifications are required!

When installing REMUS sports muffler, axle-back or cat-back exhaust systems it is not necessary to perform a tune. However when installing cat or GPF replacement pipes designed for use on closed or race tracks, it is advantageous to carry out an ECU remapping in order to exploit the optimum performance of the exhaust system and to prevent any illumination of the engine control light.
