With this innovative solution we are able to push +38% more fuel flow out of the OEM HPFPs! We start with Genuine BMW vacuum pump cores and install our Dorch Engineering Cam within the OEM assembly using our proprietary manufacturing tooling and validation equipment. What you end up with is a ton more fuel flow in a very simple and clean package, all while utilizing the OEM HPFPs. Since the S55 engine uses some of the smallest fuel pump cams in the Bosch lineup, we are able to achieve this additional flow without sacrificing any of the longevity or reliability of the OEM pumps. There’s no cutting, no bending, no crimping, etc. This kit drops right in like factory and it does not require any special tuning to get up and running. All of the safety and sophistication of the stock DME remain in place. This is the ONLY HPFP upgrade available that will successfully pass emissions on OEM DME mapping!

Software changes are NOT required to run this upgrade. However, we do have preset optimized maps available via Bootmod3 and MHD. Simply check the box for our “Lift Kit” upgrade when flashing.
NOTE: The S55 fuel system is very much limited by the injectors. In order to see the true benefits of this kit, it is highly recommended to upgrade to the larger S63 EU5 Injectors.

WHAT IS A CORE EXCHANGE?
Core Policy What is a Core? All Dorch Engineering remanufactured fuel pumps and products require core deposits. This means that we require your old part to be sent back. In order to ensure that we get your old part back we put a deposit on the part. After installation, we'll have you or the mechanic send the part back to us.
MODE Auto concepts also covers the cost of international freight back to Dorch Engineering in the USA. You only need to cover the cost of shipping to MODE in Brisbane, Australia.
HOW TO RETURN A CORE?
To return your old core, wrap it and place it in the same box you received your new turbo in. It must be packed exactly the same way to avoid any damage, which means it pays to keep all the internal packaging, paper, bubble wrap, etc. Please note exactly how you received your new Dorch Engineering Products, including any bungs, etc. and return exactly what we have sent you.
We must receive all cores back to MODE in Brisbane, Australia within 30 days for a full refund. If a core is received after 30 days there will be a 20% deduction per 7 days from the refund amount. Upon receiving your good core, we will issue a refund within a 14 day period.
All cores are subject to inspection upon arrival. Any returned item with physical damage will be result in denial of return credit or refund. Buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges and original shipping charges are not refundable.
The following are examples of Turbos that will NOT be refunded:
Fuel Pumps, Lift Kits or Fuel Pump Products: Bent or broken anything. Bent, broken or damaged housing or body, damaged from removal anything. Missing or damaged anything.
